Re-designed Home page

A re-designed home page gives you more information about your sample submissions. Lot Number and sample description data have been added to help you more easily identify your most recently released reports and your most recently submitted work.

Estimated Release Date

You can now view an estimated release date for your work. This date tells you when you can expect to receive your released reports. You can find this date on the Home page and on the Sample Group Detail page.

Filtering Search Results

We have improved our search features to include better data paging, ability to apply additional filter criteria to search results, and ability to display the complete list of search results. Also, to improve identification of you work, lot number and sample description data are now visible in the Reports and Sample Group search.

Documents

LabAccess.com now provides convenient access to methods and specifications that are active in our document management system. Just click the document icon in the View column to view a copy of the document.

Re-designed Sample Detail

A re-designed sample detail page improves result and data file display. Results and data files are shown on separate tabs to improve visibility. Data files for a test can be combined into a single PDF and downloaded by clicking the "Combine Data Files And Download" link. This feature saves valuable time as you no longer need to click on each link separately.

Export Invoice search results

The invoice search feature now allows you to export the results to an Excel or CSV file.

Export Stability Sample listing

Lists of stability samples can now be exported to an Excel or CSV file.

Cross Browser Support

LabAccess.com now supports all major browsers including Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+, Mozilla FireFox 2.0+, Google Chrome 1.0+, and Apple Safari 3.0+.
